We are in currently in network with United Health Care, Humana. We are currently in the process of credentialing with most commercial/private insurance carriers. We will update this section as we are credentialed.
We are accepting other patients on an out-of-network basis at this time and can provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
As a courtesy we file your claim with your insurance. However you will be financially responsible if your insurance does not pay all or part of your claim. We will also try to verify eligibility before your appointment. However it is the responsibility of the patient to verify that we are in network and that their insurance is active.
